Me Make-up essentials review.

So this is a brand of make-up called "Me Makeover Essentials" With there logo pictured below.

This is a series of make up that I wil be doing over the next few days. Now these items havent actually been released in England yet, but are soon to be released here. I got them in an offer/ deal from BHS, British Home Stores. Originally the set I bought was worth £250 whereas I got it for £30.
I understand the thing arent available here yet, but for future purposes this will hopefully help those who seek to buy the items when they arrive.

This is a link to the website if you want to check out the stuff I blog from my set, and there other items :)

So the first thing to review is this Brush Fan Compact worth $45.99 in America but don't panic yet the english price will be lowered to pounds.
It is a set of 8 mini brushes in a fold out black case.
I think it  includes all the brushes you would require on the go in your bag, but could be also used if you wanted all your brushes nealty placed away, making it small and easy to put in your make up bag as well.

It includes (from the far side of the case)
-Smudge Brush
-Eye Applicator Brush
-Powder Brush
-Contour Brush
-Eye Shadow Brush
-Eye Liner Brush
(laying flat)
-Comb
-Lip Brush

I think that this set is perfect to keep the brushes folded away carefully not to damage them and neatley so that I can place them away in my bag-up bag without the worries that they will take up alot of space.
All of the brushes are good qaultity working well towards they specific design. The brushes are soft, making them gentle on your skin during application.

I am particularly imperessed with the contour brush, as a person that is newly introduced to the art of contouring I believe that this brush is perfect for what I require it to do. I now just need the perfect brown shade to use with it.

However the only problem I have with the brush set is the Powder Brush. The only imperfection with this is that when applying powder I find the brissles of the brush falling out onto my face therefore concluding in them sticking to my foundation making it difficult to remove. Im not sure if it just mine thats faulty, but it bugs me.

But other that small problem that I can easily overlook, I think that this brush set is a perfect gift either for someone else or yourself as a little treat. It fits in handbag, making it an essential for holidays, sleepovers, nights out etc.
I am in conclusion very imperessed with the item and am delighted it came with the set. Worth its money my friends.

P.S Just a wee little bonus but none of the products above were tested on animals. How awesome.

More to come my little chums on the 'Me Makeover Essentials' range. Stay tuned. (<--how cheesy)

Im going to end with this.

  1. dont get too excited, they duped me into buying a few of their over priced items for a 'steal' of 20$ american. horrible. not quality, no staying power very powdery and worst of all its plastic smelling but yet heavily perfumed with some floral smell to mask the chemical smell.they say its mineral but i doubt it. this is dollar store children's play makeup that retails average of $50 for a palette. horrible! if it doesn't make it to the uk don't be upset!!!
